4/1/26 was my first time with Dr.Wang and she was the best I love to go back with her on my next appointment.

Dr Peterson and Paul were so kind. I had a great experience!!

I want to start by saying I absolutely LOVE Dr. Peterson. She is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had; kind, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable. I’m someone who has always been anxious about the dentist, and she completely changed that for me. Most of the staff here are also wonderful. Unfortunately, it only takes one person to completely ruin the experience. My recent experience with the front desk was incredibly frustrating and honestly disrespectful of my time. I called to schedule an appointment and had some back-and-forth about insurance. I was told to come in early to sort it out, which didn’t work for me, so I initially canceled. I called back shortly after, apologized, and confirmed my original 7:00 AM appointment. Later, they called me back saying they had figured out my insurance and everything was good to go. I showed up at 7:00 AM as confirmed. After waiting 45 minutes and watching multiple people who arrived after me get called back, I checked in again, only to be told my appointment had been moved to 8:25 without ever being communicated to me. At no point during the phone call or check-in was this mentioned. By that point, I had already been dealing with dental pain for a week and had rearranged my morning to be there at 7:00 AM. Being left waiting without any explanation or communication was incredibly frustrating. I ended up leaving and canceling my follow-up appointment. This review is not a reflection of Dr. Peterson. I want to reiterate that she is truly amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. But the lack of communication and professionalism from the front desk made me decide to seek care elsewhere. It's also sad to see there are SEVERAL reviews on yelp and google expressing their frustration about similar situations. Sucks to have to write this as Dr. Peterson & her hygienist staff are one-of-a-kind, & i've had nothing but great experiences with them. They will be missed.
